With major disruptions and ongoing challenges in the global travel industry, we wanted to develop our staff and become even more successful as a team.  Our leadership team engaged ONE Beyond Success to help us with strategies for self-leadership, accountability, and teach us new methods to build confidence to become your own leader. 

As our team consists of a wide variety of people, I wanted to do something that was of value for everyone, no matter what background, experience, seniority, generation, or where they work. Our head office is in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and we have a satellite office in Spain.

What attracted me was ONE Beyond Success's premise of developing a business from the inside out, growing and strengthening your people so that they are better equipped to solve your business challenges. 

ONE Beyond Success helped us create a culture that stimulates out of the box thinking, creative solutions, pro-active action, and accountability. 

The workshops are groundbreaking, so different from anything my colleages and I ever experienced before. We realised that we are so used to work on the superficial level of doing (our outside world), which often brings superficial outcomes that don't last very long. 

However, with ONE Beyond Success we worked on the deeper level of being (our inside world). It was invaluable to learn how our behaviour & motivation impact everything we do. 

Very quickly Sonja managed to create a psychologically safe space for everyone to contribute and feel heard, seen & valued for who they are. This helped everyone open up to new perspectives and buy-in, which made the whole learning experience really powerful. 

Our team learned how to become aware of our internal drivers and what sabotages us from stepping into our full potential. We learned techniques to turn our internal blockages into fuel for growth and how to lead ourselves to be at our best every day, at work and in life. 

Our team has greatly benefited from the ONE Beyond Success experience. I can see the transformation in every single team member every day.  Confidence has grown, people take more initiative, and are not afraid to step out of their comfort zone. 

As a team we've become even closer and more connected, as through this journey we've gotten to know each other on a far deeper level. We can truly be ourselves and trust that we are fully accepted. This is so beneficial for innovative thinking, creativity and teamwork, which is key for staying a market leader.
