My name is Mirjana, meaning peace on Earth. “Mir” for peace and “Jana” for God’s grace. As a child, I dreamed of being an archaeologist, uncovering discoveries that would change the world. Along the way, like many of us, I followed the path that the world told me was success. Yet beneath the achievements, I sensed there had to be something more. 

By many measures, I had built a successful career. Yet I found myself questioning traditional definitions of success and searching for deeper meaning, purpose, and contribution. Working with leaders and teams, alongside my own life experiences, sparked a lifelong curiosity about what helps people truly thrive and become self-determined.

My greatest journey has been the journey within. It has meant challenging limiting beliefs, overcoming fear, embracing uncertainty, and learning to trust more deeply. Through it all, my faith, values, and commitment to growth have become stronger. I believe this is a journey we all share. The human condition is our greatest equaliser.

Over 35+ years of working with leaders and teams, I've learned that most workplace challenges are not caused by a lack of skill. Beneath disengagement and untapped potential is often something more human: fear, self-doubt, uncertainty, or the need to belong. The human experience shapes how people think, connect, lead, and contribute. 

Many organisations invest heavily in developing skills yet overlook the human experience that drives sustainable performance. Skills matter, but they are not enough. When people feel valued, connected, and supported to grow, motivation strengthens, relationships deepen, and meaningful contribution follows. 

This realisation became the foundation of ONE Beyond Success. I believe workplaces create their greatest impact when people thrive from within. A People-First approach that improves the human experience at work by creating the conditions for Human Growth at Work™. Because when people thrive, workplaces thrive. And sustainable value follows.

I may not have become an archaeologist, but in many ways I'm still pursuing that childhood dream. Today, my purpose is to uncover the potential that already exists within people. Our mission is to improve the human experience at work and help create a more connected, human, and thriving world.
