At her core, Mirjana leads with authenticity and heart. Family is her highest value. She is a proud mum of four, mum-in-law of two, and “Baba” (grandmother in Macedonian) to four beautiful grandchildren. She often describes her family as her greatest teachers in love, faith, and courage in action.

My name is Mirjana, meaning peace on Earth—“Mir” for peace and “Jana” for God’s grace. At seven years old, I dreamed of becoming an archaeologist, leading discoveries that would change the world. But as I grew, cultural and societal pressures to fit in shaped my path. We live in a world that glorifies external "success," often leaving us feeling not enough, filling the void with status and "things" that quickly lose their meaning.
Despite building a successful career, I felt unfulfilled, yearning for something more. I wanted to break free from invisible limitations, embrace my full potential, and stop striving to “fit in.” Working with leaders and teams, alongside my personal life experiences, ignited a deep curiosity for understanding human behaviour and intrinsic motivation. Eventually, I arrived at a fork in the road and chose courage over comfort, paving a new path.
My greatest journey has been one of personal growth, embracing my true self and stepping into my own light. It meant challenging old patterns and outdated beliefs while holding fast to my tenacious faith; giving up was never an option. Each step brought me closer to my North Star. Though this is my story, many will recognise themselves in it. Fear is our greatest equaliser and our greatest invitation to connect, uplift, and grow.
In 35+ years of service, I’ve seen that the toughest challenges rarely come from lack of skill but from behaviours rooted in fear: fear of failure, change, vulnerability, rejection, or impostor syndrome. These fears suppress creativity, teamwork, and productivity. The workplace can be a powerful space to transcend these fears. By consciously shaping our beliefs, thoughts, choices, and actions, we can be at our "individual" best, every day.
Workplaces often focus on skill development while overlooking the whole person. Yet skills alone don’t unlock human potential or create thriving teams. It’s self-determination, both sustainable and deeply rooted, that drives lasting engagement and growth. Through my journey, I recognised a clear gap in sustainable human-flourishing systems, revealing an opportunity to reimagine a more human future of work.
I carry a vision that inspires global change, ONE person at a time, creating a future of work that is united, collaborative, and impactful. This future is not defined solely by what we do but by who we are, both individually and as a team. It starts with a strong foundation of being, strengthened through relationships and shared purpose. Leaders who embody this shift will shape the future with courage, openness, and expansive thinking.
And while I never became an archaeologist, I realise today that I am still living that childhood dream—leading discoveries that can change the world.
