Frank van de Ven is a highly respected leader and pioneer in the global fitness industry, renowned for his boundless energy and passion for creating transformative, people-centred environments. 

As former Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Life Fitness, he directed the growth of many employees across 10 business units and more than 50 distributors throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, helping shape Life Fitness into a global leader in health and well-being. 

With a proven track record in global health and well-being, Frank was instrumental in Life Fitness's international expansion and continuous growth from the mid-nineties, establishing the brand as a pioneer in transformative fitness solutions for active, healthy living. 

Known for his "people-first" approach, Frank empowers individuals to realise their potential and builds high-performing, cohesive teams that drive impactful business results. He believes an empowered mindset is essential to health and well-being, directly enhancing engagement and vitality both at work and in life.

Currently completing her International Studies major with a focus in International Business at the University of Sydney, Ainsley brings a global perspective and a curiosity for how culture, business, and human connection intersect.

Passionate about creativity and storytelling, Ainsley contributes fresh ideas and a collaborative spirit to projects that inspire change and foster People First workplace cultures. 

Outside of her studies and work, Ainsley enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and expressing herself through art, qualities that reflect her belief in living a balanced and inspired life.
